You have to first build your credit up. It takes work. You will have to get a credit card that you have to send money to before you can use it. Make regular payments. Bad credit is caused by 2 reasons, bad luck or lazy. If it's bad luck, maybe you can explain it to a loan officer but if you just suck, you aren't getting any with out paying outrageous interest.

I am searching for a loan. but unfortunately I have a bit of bad credit and i understand the bank are careful?

Hello,

This is Mr Chris Peters.I am a loan leder who give out loan at low interest rate of 3% to 5%.Are you financially down?Do you need help to pay your bills? If yes, contact me today for your loan at consultingpeters@consultant.com or consultingpeters@myway.com.If you have contacted me before you are now to contact me via my new email address.I will be ready to help you regarding this as i am ready to work with you if you are a honest person. When you are contacting me plkease do include the amout of loan you need and the duration you need the loan for so that i can frward to you my loan terms and condition.I will be expecting your mail soon.Thank you

consultingpeters@consultant.com

consultingpeters@myway.com

I am searching for a loan. but unfortunately I have a bit of bad credit and i understand the bank are careful?

Yes bad credit can be accepted with certain compensating factors. Do you have good income, job stability. Any good account you have never paid late? Has your rent been paid timely the past 12-24 months. Will you be putting a good down payment? It really depends on how bad it is. Do you know your credit score? Most good loan consultants should be able to save your time %26amp; money by telling you up fornt if they belive they can help you or not. But yes it is possible to get a loan with bad credit.

I am searching for a loan. but unfortunately I have a bit of bad credit and i understand the bank are careful?

I know a lot about credit and debt in the US, but in the UK there are different laws.

Generally, though, you shouldn't have to pay to get a loan (you pay enough through the interest rate, and if your credit is poor, your interest rate is even higher). I'd avoid any place or anyone who says you have to pay up front (especially 50 pounds!) for a loan.

Does the UK have credit unions? Usually they have better terms and conditions for loans.

Try going into several banks in your area, tell them your situation and ask what advice they can give. Ask what you can do to get the loan and improve your credit score.

Also, I don't know if there are companies in the UK who can help you clear up the bad notices on your credit report. In the US there are many who claim to be able to do that, but very few reputable ones who won't rip you off.

In the future, be proactive in protecting your credit and improving your credit score. It'll save you a LTO of time, effort, and money.

I am searching for a loan. but unfortunately I have a bit of bad credit and i understand the bank are careful?

%26quot;If you are worried about your poor credit history then you will not get any credit. There are many lenders who provide loans to people whose credit record is bad, but at a higher interest rate. You can get bad credit loans from some lenders quickly and easily.

Before you apply for a bad credit loan, there are some points you should first take into account. The only eligibility for the bad credit loan is poor credit history. To increase your credit score, ensure that the details of your loans are sent to major credit bureaus. %26quot;
Robersonhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/03843139416278381307noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6357969611682393495.post-60903531505788137552010-05-26T01:15:00.001-07:002010-05-26T01:15:28.212-07:00Is there are mark against your credit report each time a loan application is completed?
I've heard that there is a negative mark placed on your credit if you apply for multiple loans, for example if you're in the market for a camper/RV and you apply at several different businesses each with a different bank. The reasons my friend decided not to accept any of the offers were too much of a down payment required, changed his mind about a particular model etc. He just keeps filling out those apps. though and I'm thinking it can't be good, can it?

Is there are mark against your credit report each time a loan application is completed?

Yes shopping around for too much credit can negatively affect your credit. Normally for big dollar items such as cars and mortgages you have a 30 day window from the time you begin shopping around to have your credit pulled by the same types of companies and they will only count as one credit inquiry against your score. However, any applications you have that are outside of the initial 30 day window will count as multiple inquiries and negatively affect your credit score. My advice, is to get pre-approved by a lender or lenders before you even begin looking around and this way you will already have your financing ready to go before you get to the dealers/businesses. Good luck.

Is there are mark against your credit report each time a loan application is completed?

It's not that you get bad marks against your credit, you just end up with a lot of %26quot;inquiries%26quot; on there, and sometimes if you have too many inquiries that can cause your credit score to go down. I don't really think it drops that dramatically, but most banks don't like to see a lot of inquiries on a credit report. It looks like you're either trying to get multiple loans, or you're just wasting a lot of companies time.

Is there are mark against your credit report each time a loan application is completed?

yes

Is there are mark against your credit report each time a loan application is completed?

It's not the application that hurts his credit. It's the actual running of his credit report that is hurting him....He should just stop period. If he is not willing to do the downpayment then quit going elsewhere like they will tell him something different. Every time his credit is ran it is sending off a marker indicating he is looking for money....now if you have a 800 score that may not hurt you too much, now if you have like a 650...that can hurt you in the end....tell him to look at the situation realisticly. They want a down payment he is not getting out of that. Now he can either pay it or not. if not move along....

Is there are mark against your credit report each time a loan application is completed?

Every time someone makes a hard pull on your credit to determine wheather or not to extend credit to you will have an impact on your credit score. The worser you credit, the more the inquiry hurts. I have had clients to loose 8 points or more from a single inquiry. Only apply for cards that you are almost sure you will be approved for. There's no need in making your credit worse for something you may or may not get. I hope this helps.
Robersonhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/03843139416278381307noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6357969611682393495.post-73565867208866709212010-05-26T01:15:00.000-07:002010-05-26T01:15:12.352-07:00Applying for a Loan?
I am 18 and I have a job working at PetsMart. Have you applied for the Stafford Loan? That requires very little on your part. Also, check out you local banks. If you go to USbank.com, under Loans -%26gt; student loans, and do some digging, I know you will find a loan that will suit your needs. Also, try for as many waivers that you can get since you are a single mom, you may qualify for a lot more.

I am a college student/single mom with no credit history and no cosigner is there a loan for college expenses?

Did you do a FAFSA? You should be able to get title IV loans that do not require a credit check. What kind of school are you going to? I know Sallie Mae doesn't require credit checks, and you should get Pell grants. Are you post grad? Don't go to TECH SCHOOLS.. their credits do not transfer. Only go to community colleges or universities (PUBLIC NOT PRIVATE) Your credits are no good when you go to private post secondary colleges, trust me.

I am a college student/single mom with no credit history and no cosigner is there a loan for college expenses?

try www.fafsa.org or i think it is www.fafsa.com

not sure but either one of those

I am a college student/single mom with no credit history and no cosigner is there a loan for college expenses?

you might want to inquire with your college they know of all this questions and they have answers and if you are lucky your own school might have a program of their own.

I am a college student/single mom with no credit history and no cosigner is there a loan for college expenses?

go to your college's financial aid department - different states - and even different cities - have a lot of options for financing your education.

I'm sure you can find quite a bit of help there - the government even gives a lot of grants for students. Your financial aid office, and the employees there, will be glad to help you.

I am a college student/single mom with no credit history and no cosigner is there a loan for college expenses?

here in vegas washington mutual has a special credit card with no annual fees etc. and its meant to build up your credit history. you can check out washington mutual because they ar3e doing a lot of stuff for students in highschool and college.

I am a college student/single mom with no credit history and no cosigner is there a loan for college expenses?

as a single mother, you should go to school for free! Did you fill out the FASFA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid)? That will put you in the right place, EVERY student should fill this out yearly. Here is a link:

I am a college student/single mom with no credit history and no cosigner is there a loan for college expenses?

Yes.. consider a student loan. Also you may want to check the Women's REsource Center in your area. Some places offer special assistance to low income single mothers.

I am a college student/single mom with no credit history and no cosigner is there a loan for college expenses?

Look into scholarships and grants first at which ever college you plan to attend. Also, if you are on public assistance, they will help pay some of the cost by means of gas money, daycare, etc. My best friend went to college and she was on public assistance and that's what they did for her. The college she went to also gave her a scholarship for choosing a career field not primarily geared toward her gender....she went for Automotive Technician. So do your research at the college and also see if your state has any grants...my state, Ohio, has the OIG grant that is sort of like the Pell Grant in which you don't have to pay it back. Look for free money first...that way if you do have to take out a loan, you won't have to borrow as much.

I am a college student/single mom with no credit history and no cosigner is there a loan for college expenses?

Single moms with no credit history usually have few assets and a small income, so the government is willing to pay for your education -- most of the time. The Department of Education provides a free guide to finding money for college. Go to: http://studentaid.ed.gov/students/public...

It's downloadable or they will mail it to you for free.

Also to avoid scams: See: http://www.ftc.gov/scholarshipscams/

They are both U.S. Government sites, so they are reliable.

Your school should also have a %26quot;Women's%26quot; program which usually provides 100% support. So, check your school's website.

I am a college student/single mom with no credit history and no cosigner is there a loan for college expenses?

http://www.daylon.com/scholarship/

that might help.
Robersonhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/03843139416278381307noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6357969611682393495.post-12231732256316416892010-05-26T01:14:00.000-07:002010-05-26T01:14:08.212-07:00Has the Jackson Hewitt holiday loan program started yet?
I need to know when it starts, and how to apply for the loan.

Has the Jackson Hewitt holiday loan program started yet?

i called a branch out in va and they said they are not doing it this year which sucks!
Robersonhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/03843139416278381307noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6357969611682393495.post-56321293381201262862010-05-26T01:13:00.003-07:002010-05-26T01:13:52.113-07:00What are some of the best scholarships/loans to apply for to attend school?
Loans an scholorships are two very different areas.

Scholorships are a gift that do not need to be payed back. I'd apply to every single on you can find! You can even start applying to scholorships before you even begin thinking about college.

After applying to as many scholorships your heart desires, fill out a FAFSA form. That will determine wether you're eligable for any government grants (also mostly free %26quot;gifts%26quot;) and any government funded loans.

Good ones to look up are the Stafford Loan, PLUS loan (if your parents will be helping you) and Perkins Loans.

Stafford Subsidized- the government pays your interest while in school and durring your grace period. This is based on financial need, so fill out that FAFSA!

Stafford Unsubsidized- you pay the entire interest and loan off. Interest may be tax deductable. Both are based on need- not credit history.

Perkins Loan- awarded and given to you by your school of choice; this has a fixed 5% interest rate and a long 9 month grace period.

PLUS Loan- (Parent Loan for Undergraduate Students) are taken out by the parents of a student. This does not have a grace period and does not require a FAFSA to be filled out for this loan.

Other tips- shop around for some different lenders. Your school can automatically assign you one of their choosing, but that lender may not be the best option for you. So make some phone calls.

My Student Aid blog (Toryforpresident.com) has articles on loans that I think would help you out. I also put down some links of cool lenders that you may want to call. Also, check out that scholorship page. If you're still in highschool or college ask your guidance couselors for help finding scholorships. It's part of their job to help you get some free $$!

What are some of the best scholarships/loans to apply for to attend school?

Pell grants.

What are some of the best scholarships/loans to apply for to attend school?

The best place that I have found is fastweb.com. They give you a large questionnaire, and based on that you are eligibl;e for hundreds of scholarships, all you have to do is apply. They will notify you about new ones. Check it out.

What are some of the best scholarships/loans to apply for to attend school?

The school itself is a good source of scholarship and grant money.

Once you have been accepted, they will give you grants based upon your parents income, if you are a dependent, or your own income if you are financially independent. It does take some time for FHA loans, typically 30-45 days. Turn times right now are not that bad though, it's 6 days to review your application and 5 days to review your conditions. If your loan officer is handing in conditions one at a time or if you are not getting everything back in a timely manner than it can take much much longer. I typically take 14-21 days from start to finish. If you are dealing with a Mortgage Broker, I would give them a call and ask how you can help push the process along. As hard as it might be, try not to be mean because then they might delay you on purpose.

What is a FHA home loan and why does it take so long for the approval?

Fed Home Association is a spin off of a goverment agency. it takes awhile becuase if you havent heard many people are defaulting on their home loans. they are backed up, they have no rush, they are the lender, what do they care..they dont.. .they control the money, they control your approval, they control your life.

What is a FHA home loan and why does it take so long for the approval?

Well he might he waiting for the bank to get back to him. There are many things that could be holding up your case. I know this cause I am Loan Officer for FHA Direct Lender.

The point is an FHA Loan is a story book loan. It's great that you can prove that you paid things off. But you need to stay on him. Also if not showing enthusiasm to your loan, then maybe you should another person.

I am justing saying you broker should be speaking with you everyday. He doesn't show that, so maybe you should call in and %26quot;Light the fire under his ***.%26quot; But that is a possibility for you.

Hey can always contact me for more answers.

What is a FHA home loan and why does it take so long for the approval?

FHA home loan is a federally secured loan. Because it involves the government there is a great deal of paperwork necessary to get the loan approved. The process is not to be in excess of 45 days and normally not even that long. If you are unhappy with your situation I will be happy to look into it and expedite it if possible. Feel free to follow up with me

What is a FHA home loan and why does it take so long for the approval?

FHA should take only 48-72 hrs for an approval with conditions. Most likely you were denied and the broker is buying time.

I would shop around..and see if there's another lender that can do it faster...and maybe get you a better rate.

FHA loan rates have dropped to 6% for 30yr fixed.....most brokers offer 6.5%...and dont go lower than that. You need to shop around!
Robersonhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/03843139416278381307noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6357969611682393495.post-34105649932685965072010-05-26T01:12:00.001-07:002010-05-26T01:12:16.469-07:00I need help with a personal loan. I say i've never seen a loan applications tha asked about anyone's level of education. So who's right?

Has anyone ever been asked about their education when applying for a loan??

Some places might consider your past education in giving you a loan, but you certainly don't need to get a business degree just for the fact of getting loans easier later. Just keep your credit in good shape (don't do anything stupid) and you will be fine with getting loans in the future. A business degree is a great idea otherwise, but stick to what you love and what you know and you'll be best off.

Has anyone ever been asked about their education when applying for a loan??

Only if it's unsecured.

Has anyone ever been asked about their education when applying for a loan??

u r right

Has anyone ever been asked about their education when applying for a loan??

you are right, you dont need a dgree to get a loan

Has anyone ever been asked about their education when applying for a loan??

nope they dont care about that all you need is a good credit

Has anyone ever been asked about their education when applying for a loan??

That's absolutely ridiculous. Sure it would be nice to have a degree in accounting or business to know what loan officers are talking about when you go to take out loans. But no, that's not one of the qualification you need to get a loan. Having an equity is what you need to qualify for any loan. I don't even have a degree in accounting to know this. I currently have little credit and no co-signer. Is there any way someone like me can obtain a loan of that amount right now?

Is it possible to obtain a loan with very little credit and no co-signer?

It all depends on how bad of credit that you really have. It also depends on how much money you make and your work history. It never hurts to just go into a bank or credit union and apply. You might be suprised to find out that you qualify for more than you think. I work for a credit union and we have people all of the time apply for loans and get exactly what they want even without much credit. You have to start getting credit somehow, not to mention $1000 isn't to much of a credit risk for a bank or credit union. If you do get approved, just make sure that your payments are always on time and your loan officer will trust you with more of a credit risk next time. Hope that helps!

Is it possible to obtain a loan with very little credit and no co-signer?

No.
Robersonhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/03843139416278381307noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6357969611682393495.post-82034411072039678852010-05-26T01:11:00.001-07:002010-05-26T01:11:28.364-07:00Finding a loan?
Here is my problem:

I have no credit, have never worked, and do not have a co-signer.

I heard about pre-prime student loans. If I change my mind and decide not to activate the card, and call in to canel it, will that count against me next year if I apply for a loan through the bank(for school or realestate)? Or does refusal of a previous offer not matter? The bank has authorized access to review my credit report either way. Thanks

If I change my mind about accepting credit card from bank, will that affect my future application for a loan?

I am a certified credit and financial counselor. I would suggest that you destroy the old card and start using the new card, as it is a better deal for you all around. You should leave both cards open. Closing a credit card can actually lower your credit score, because it reduces the proportion of %26quot;balances to credit limits,%26quot; which is a major factor of your credit score. Furthermore, a creditor may not take an adverse action against you (like denying a loan) just because you don't use one of their products.

If I change my mind about accepting credit card from bank, will that affect my future application for a loan?

No. This has no bearing on future loans. They are seperate transactions. You can always activate the card, use it sparingly and pay off the total each month. This will avoid interest rate and build your credit rating. You may have an annual fee though.

If I change my mind about accepting credit card from bank, will that affect my future application for a loan?

It will not make a difference unless it is used and not paid. Take away the temptation and the possible abuse of it being stolen and wait a few weeks and cancel it. It may have annual fees that you have to pay even if you don't use it, so better to not activate it. Get it off your account. I think this is a smart move. If it's a debit card all a person has to do is sign your name to use it, it's easier than a credit card. Really. Get rid of it through the bank and then cut it up.

If I change my mind about accepting credit card from bank, will that affect my future application for a loan?

Depending on the credit limit I would activate it use it responsibly paying it off each month. It'll raise your score as well.

If I change my mind about accepting credit card from bank, will that affect my future application for a loan?

%26lt;%26lt;I've heard that can lower credit rating.%26gt;%26gt;

Usually that is not the case.
Robersonhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/03843139416278381307noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6357969611682393495.post-25846397178438785842010-05-26T01:10:00.002-07:002010-05-26T01:10:40.220-07:00Social fund budgeting loan repayments why cant i appeal against repayment period?
i applied for a loan earlier this year and they only offered one repayment of 26.00 a week for a 300 loan they stated in letter that i couldnt appeal against this repayment option and i turned it down as i felt this was going to leave me not enough money to work with. have applied again though as cooker broken. they have sent me same repayment option as before. they used to give two options so u could choose the lower say 10 quid a week. i am going to phone them and wondered if anyone had advice or experience or info? much appreciated if u have. it says on the web that they could offer up to 104 week repayment period. surely they cant expect me to pay the 250 quid i asked for in 10 weeks?

Social fund budgeting loan repayments why cant i appeal against repayment period?

I don't know your situation ie. are you on benefits and have kid's but if you are you should find out about a community care grant.
Robersonhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/03843139416278381307noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6357969611682393495.post-28884020831506922012010-05-26T01:10:00.001-07:002010-05-26T01:10:25.049-07:00Does anybody know any sites or grants that a returning adult student could apply for financial aid?
I have already applied for Federal and State Aid (FAFSA.Perkins and Pell).

I will be attending PSU for a dual major in Biobehavioral health and Health Policy Admin. I have bad credit and low income.?
I have bad credit due to a job loss but I have been working full time for quite a while now. I just have not been able to get back on my feet. When I was falling behind on my bills I started going to payday loans. Now I can't get out of the payday loans, I've applied for loans that are for people with bad credit, but my income is too low. I only make $1,300 a month so they won't approve me. I need to find one who will approve people with low income AND bad credit. I am an honest person, I don't intentionally fail to pay my debts, I just need a second chance to get my feet back on the ground. I can't get there though without help and extra money. Please let me know what I can do. It would be greatly appreciated.

Where can I find someone who will approve me for a loan? I have bad credit and low income.?

Hi Z,

Im really sorry to hear that and I have actually helped a lot of people get out of these problems. The first and most important thing is to ensure that your existing debts are cleared, and that does not really mean that they must all be paid off. You need to get debt consolidation help. This means that all your loans are placed in one and you can pay a lower monthly payment. Albeit over a longer time period but that would be your best bet. Next you would have to find a credit card company that will offer you a credit card with no credit checks.

Find some here: http://creditaccountcard.info/2007/11/29...

Now though these places have high fees, there will be a case where after paying the annual fee and monthly fees you are left with less than 100.00 in credit. Thats fine because thats manageable on your salary. Use the card twice every week and then pay it off by the end of the month and you will be fine. The very next thing is to check your credit score every other month and you will be fine.
Robersonhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/03843139416278381307noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6357969611682393495.post-78786715268539878332010-05-26T01:09:00.003-07:002010-05-26T01:09:52.190-07:00School loan?
I applied for a loan and got approved but the loan got cancelled because of not enough credit hours. And what they will look at will really be your net income on the business. As far as the other unclaimed income goes, if you don't get a 1099 or anything that requires you to declare it on your tax return I would not try doing one tax return that shows the unclaimed income for the bank, and another tax return that doesn't show the unclaimed income for the IRS. That could get you in a lot of trouble if it was ever found out that you had two different tax returns.

1099 question for a mortgage loan?

The reason that they ask for your tax return is that only your %26quot;claimed%26quot; income counts toward qualification for a loan. The figure that they will use is the net (after deductions) or AGI. Look at it this way, please count my %26quot;illegal money%26quot; just does not sound so good.

1099 question for a mortgage loan?

The simplest solution is to claim all your income and qualify for the mortgage. The mortgage company is looking at your net income as shown on your Schedule C.

If one year's tax return shows insufficient net income, you could provide several years tax returns.

If your yearly income is insufficient, then you'll have to get a smaller mortgage by saving up and making a larger downpayment.

1099 question for a mortgage loan?

If you've got 'other unclaimed income' not only are you late in filing your taxes, you're cheating.

How much money do you have to put down on the house? If you are trying to get a 95% or 100% loan, it is likely that you will have to document all of your income using tax returns. That leaves you two choices - claim all of your income or don't claim your business expenses.

If you have 10% or more to put down, you may be able to get a no-documentation loan, depending on your credit score.

1099 question for a mortgage loan?

They would probably look at the amount on the 1040, and that would be after your business expenses are taken out.

%26quot;Other unclaimed income%26quot; sounds illegal - you're looking for major trouble down the line when the IRS catches up to you. And returns from self-employed people do often get looked at, since there's a lot of fraud going on there. You'd be wise to declare all of your reportable income. With having half of your income as expenses, you could be a prime target for an audit.

If your %26quot;other unclaimed income%26quot; is something NOT reportable like child support, then please forgive my assumption.
Robersonhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/03843139416278381307noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6357969611682393495.post-14928463842054594992010-05-26T01:09:00.001-07:002010-05-26T01:09:20.270-07:00Can I refinance a home equity loan if I've only had it a couple of months?
Problem, we recently had our home up for sale, but have since changed our mind. We applied for a small home equity loan through our local bank (17,000)so my husband could buy a car and we could pay off a couple of bills. In the meantime, a larger mortgage co that we also inquired with about this loan told us that they could consolidate all of our debt, and save us $600 every month even if we doubled our payment. So, we went with the larger co, however after going through the whole process with them , they came back and said that since our home was recently on the market, we would have to wait 60 more days to get a loan. (this would be 100% equity LTV) My question is, if we go with the smaller loan from our local bank (who doesn't give 100% LTV loans), could we in fact get a home equity loan a few months down the road, pay off the 17000 loan and also pay off the rest of our debt?
