Where is the best place for a student with little credit history to get a personal loan with no co-s

I am a full time college student, and I am seeking to try and get a low amount loan (around $1500) to help with the cost of finding a new apartment and a month's payment for car insurance. Can anyone reccomend a place online or offline to apply for the loan. I have little credit (only had a history for 7 months), and I am willing to pay a very high interest rate (up to 25%). Thanks!

Where is the best place for a student with little credit history to get a personal loan with no co-signer?

The application and approval procedure of personal loans is online. Lots of lenders are available on the World Wide Web with lot of attractive offers and packages for you. You just surf the web for the best lender offering suitable terms and conditions as per your requirements and financial plight%26lt;!--Once you have selected the lender your half of job is over. Now you have to apply for the loan via internet and you have to perform some petty documentation which involves the details of your income resources and expenditures.

If you go for the secured type of personal loan you have to submit the details of the collateral you wish to offer. Now it is the turn of your lender to assess your repayment capabilities and approve the funds. Your funds are instantly transferred to your bank account after it has been approved.Take a Personal Loan and go--%26gt;ahead to have all the things you've been dreaming of without even worrying how to repay it. Sit on the chair, be a bit clicking conscious and find all your plans molding in a true shape.

To Donald E: Could you please tell me how you applied for VA loan without your wife in it?

Did you apply as single. My husband is qualified without me. My score is pulling him down. Your help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much in advance.

To Donald E: Could you please tell me how you applied for VA loan without your wife in it?

I am not Donald E but I am a Loan Officer who does VA loans. You can do any mortgage loan without the spouse on it as long as the borrower qualifies income %26amp; credit wise without the spouse. It is disclosed that you are married %26amp; in a marital rights state the spouse will have to sign some papers at closing. The person applying for the VA loan must be the vet. I have done many applications for husband %26amp; wife %26amp; then have to remove one to get it approved.

Your Loan Officer should know this %26amp; if not, find a new one.

I Need A Student Loan!?

I need money for college, and I've been applying for loans. My parents won't be a cosigner, and I keep being rejected. Does anyone have any experience with student loans and knows which ones are good? I would really appreciate the help, thanks.

websites are welcome

I Need A Student Loan!?

Check out the web site for US Department of Education and look for FAFSA. The local library is also an excellent source, so are the schools that you are considering applying to. Good luck.

Loan as owner occupied but want to rent out my property?

I realized my loan was applied as owner occupied. Is there anyway I can rent out my property legally? If I just rent my property out, will my lender know it and give me a big trouble?

Loan as owner occupied but want to rent out my property?

It is your intent at the time you got the loan. If later you want to rent it out, that is fine, so long as you lived there at some point.

Loan as owner occupied but want to rent out my property?

I am a mortgage broker and I can tell you that it doesn't matter if you rent out the property at this point. the lender will never know and couldn't really do anything if they did. If you eventually, buy a new home and keep that as a rental, you can buy a new primary residence (with a lower rate than investment property) as long as you have a rental agreement on the property you already own.

Loan as owner occupied but want to rent out my property?

Occupancy fraud: Usually this is seen where the borrower wishes to obtain a mortgage to acquire an investment property, but instead the borrower claims on the loan application that they will occupy the property. If undetected, the borrower typically obtains a lower interest rate than was warranted, and the lender receives insufficient return on investment to cover the risk, because loans non-owner-occupied properties tend to have higher rates of delinquency and foreclosure.

All that being said, I do know people that have done this very thing and they're not in prison, I dont' really see how the lender would ever find out.

You should make sure to check and or update your insurance, as I believe that most policies will have clauses that specify owner occupied v. rentals

Loan as owner occupied but want to rent out my property?

There are no legal reprocussions, however it is true that you will have to change your homeowners insurance policy, since you should have renter's insurance to cover you in case something happens to one of your tennants. You should also look into starting up an LLC, so that if something bad does happen to a tennant while renting the home you are not personally responsible if they seek monetary resolution.

Loan as owner occupied but want to rent out my property?

I know someone that does it and gets away with it--every 2 years he purchases another %26quot;owner occupied%26quot; property. He's never lived in ONE of them but O/O mortgage usually only requires you to live there for 2 years then do whatev you want.

Loan as owner occupied but want to rent out my property?

It should not be a problem so long as you did not get a special loan that requires you to occupy for a certain length of time. Check with the mortgage company to be sure. They might want to have you change your insurance policy to cover liability or damage from a renter.

Loan as owner occupied but want to rent out my property?

Owner occupied loans require you to live in them for at least a set period before you rent them out. Typically this period is 12 months.

If you do this, because you are deceiving the lender in order to get financing they would not otherwise offer, you are committing fraud and throwing away all of your consumer protections under law. If they detect it (and due to your question they have likely tagged your file) they have the right to call the note, giving you only a very short period to pay it or lose the property, usually 7 days. They can also potentially recast the loan under worst case pricing. Due to the fraudulent nature of the activity, you will be liable for any shortfall as well, even if the loan was theoretically non-recourse financing.

Yes, I know of people that have gotten away with it. I also know of people that have been busted. It's not worth the risk, and lenders are getting wiser and wiser to it. For instance, coordinating with insurance companies. You have to have valid insurance to have a loan. If you change your insurance to non-owner occupied, watch out.

Loan as owner occupied but want to rent out my property?

if you want to go by the book in IL- you have to live in your house 12 mts, before you can rent out, but law is a law and people do what they do. lenders can always check if you don't lie to them, but if mortgage payment is on time- i don't thing they will came to your house. it's your decision what you will do, but remember that you breaking the law.

Loan With Cosigner Denied?

I just applied for a loan with a good credit cosigner and it got denied if my cosigner applies for the loan by herself is there a greater chance she will get it

Loan With Cosigner Denied?

It's very possible, but there are several things that need to be taken into consideration first.

For any loan be it for a home, car, boat, furniture or personal the factors that determine weather a loan gets approved always come down to risk and doe's the person qualify for the loan in the first place.

If your friend applies for the same loan with the same lender that the two of you were turned down for once, it will raise a red flag to the lender and most likely your friend will be turned down again because the lender will know that it's a straw purchase which is illegal.

Loan With Cosigner Denied?

Maybe. but sounds like your credit rating is disasterous so depends on what she tells them the loan is for. and personally i would never ask anyone to do that for me or do it for them either. yoou could suck the other person down with you if you have poor money management history.

Loan With Cosigner Denied?

Yes of course. But that is if her credit is good enough that she can get it in the first place. In other words even if she has good credit, it does not mean that she would have gotten the loan.

Loan With Cosigner Denied?

cosigning is a bad idea. If it's a real friend you would like to keep, they would not do it... and you would not let them.

do they realize that if you can't pay, they are legally required to?

Loan With Cosigner Denied?

Yes, but you need to remember that there is no such thing as a co-signer anymore, that is why most loan applications call it a co-borrower.

Any name on a loan, is equally liable for the payments.

Loan With Cosigner Denied?

The co-signer credit sucks just like yours...no loan

Loan With Cosigner Denied?

yer credit sux!!! hahaha yer out of luck....no deal! hahaha

99.99% chance of a SCAM.

2) If the person that you are dealing with has a web based email address (Yahoo!, gmail, Hotmail, etc.) they are scammers.

3) If they are asking you to pay any sort of fee upfront before they will lend you money, they are scammers.

How does it work when you want to get a car loan on your own from your bank?

I'm interested in details, like all the steps to take. I'm asking because I know it would be better to have the money before entering a car dealer building, rather than having them apply for a loan for me. So the bank gives you a check, or they deal with the car dealer directly ... ?

How does it work when you want to get a car loan on your own from your bank?

You have to go chose a car. Take the paperwork about the car to your bank/credit union/loan office. Present these papers along with your last two months worth of check stubs from work. You will probably have to have very good credit on the credit check. No judgments or outstanding problems. They may require collateral if you fit into that category of people.

How does it work when you want to get a car loan on your own from your bank?

you apply for the loan, if you are approved you will get a check or a deposit into your account if its possible and then you go and buy the car and pay off the loan.

How does it work when you want to get a car loan on your own from your bank?

You take out a personal auto loan from your bank. You have to deal with the bank, the checks etc...it is much easier and you'll probably get a lower rate if you go through the dealership.

How does it work when you want to get a car loan on your own from your bank?

Normally to get a loan from a bank, you have to give them details about the car. It is not necessarailly better to go, money in hand unless of course you have cash in hand. Go to the dealership, find a car....especially if its new, discuss price and then let them find the financing for you. If they can't offer you a good deal, then contact your lender and let them know this is what you want. See what they can do. Etc, but at least you will have a base to start from. Good luck.

How does it work when you want to get a car loan on your own from your bank?

If you apply for a loan the bank will issue you the funds directly.or will issue a certified cheque to dealer upon your request.

As for you being interested in details and the steps start with this web page on my website http://www.usedcartips.org/CASH.html what I am trying to say is,,, don't disclose your paying cash,,, simply say have not decided.is your answer till final figures are at hand

There are several steps buying a car, if you find the time study my website its free advice

How does it work when you want to get a car loan on your own from your bank?

this has been our experience. we applied for a loan on a car. we found out how they handle the loan in terms of new or used, what are the terms and the interest rate. Of course at this time you should have a good idea what your new car is going to cost roughly. Go to the dealership, select the car you want, hassle the price, find out what the terms are for their loan. if the bank has a better loan and better terms, the dealer will fax the contract of sale to the bank and the bank will cut them a PO so that you can take possession of the car immediately.
