If you applied for financial aid does that school uses all of the loan?

When it comes to financial aid, the schooll will hold your money until a few weeks on the semester finishing. They will distribute the money accordingly to your schedule and books. In the end, you will receive a check with the money that was not used. I would highly suggest you don't use it on stuff like neon pens, music, magazine or stuff that is really not useful. It's nice to receive a nice big check at the end. Good luck to you in schoo.

The school will apply your financial aid to all institutional charges (tuition, fees, and iff applicable on campus room and board, fines, etc.) first. Then, if there is anything left over they will release the excess to you to use for your other educational expenses (off campus living expenses, books/supplies, etc.). If the aid is not enough to cover the institutional charges then you will be required to come up with the difference.
