credit shot due to me making payments on a house to someone who then didnt make the payments to mortage co. then they broke in and stile a bunch of stuff. so much for take over payments. looking for a loan for poor credit, since we have been applying it just drives number lower. anyone have any ideas? dont own home, nor anything for collatoral. not even a car now as it recently died so I am trying to fix that too. thanks to anyone with ideas.
