hey I am from Turkey and just came to chicago 10 days ago for an 18 month internship program. I am planning on buying a used car but I dont have cash right now. to get a loan at a bank they ask at least 2 years of residence which I dont have. I have my intern as my income which will be enough for me to get a car in 12 months... So where can I apply for a loan?

Take a look here for some options, but if you go to the car dealer and explain your situation they will help you find a lender who is willing to loan you the money. You will probably have to pay a high interest rate though.
